At the end of the day, keeping production on track in global sourcing is about anticipating problems and building resilience. It means looking beyond short-term cost savings and planning for the real-world forces that affect timelines: weather, politics, transport, regulation, demand shifts, and communication gaps. OEMs that understand their supply chains deeply, invest in relationships and tools, and build flexible production plans are better positioned to deliver underwear products on time, every time.
